Zelva collects the following personal data to provide its services: email address, full name, profile information (country, city, mezhep, investor level), and app usage data.

Collected data is used solely for service delivery, improving user experience, and fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Third Parties

Your data may be shared with the following service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery). These parties are subject to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. User Rights (KVKK & GDPR)

Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and data portability. Contact destek@zelva.com.tr for requests.
